We turned 1,000 miles on the car yesterday. WE are currently in Nashville. We are currently at Steve Seiferts home where Erin and Steve are doing a little jazz. It sounds pretty good. We spent the night last evening with some fellow homeschool alumni students. We had a great time there.
We are having some trouble finding internet connections soo posting videos and pictures is a little harder than we expected. I guess you will just have to keep reading. : )
When we do have internet it is a little of a rush to get everything done that we need to get done so if we forgot to thank someone or tell you a very cool story please forgive us. We appriciate SO much what EVERYONE is doing for us on this trip!! It has been AMAZING!! Without everyone along the road helping us out we would be SO sunk and broke. : )
Tonight Erin and I are going to go hang out with Kyle Cooper, maybe see a little bit of Nashville. Tomorrow we head to Knoxville.
I am getting road weary, I"m sick and tired of packing and un packing the car...sick of wearing the same 5 outfits, frustrated with packing my bag EVERY morning. Tired, so many different schedules....I am still having a blast, but I am looking foreward to home where I can sleep in the same bed, and wear whatever I want to...no more worrying about what is where and not leaving anything behind....augh it sounds lovely. The weather is HOT and STICKY...misserable. Ok, that was enought of that...
Erin and I are LOVING our GPS unit we named her Gabby, she gets us out of any sticky situation, tells us where to go and when to turn. It is great! She has saved our rears a number of times in the city. We've not gotten REALLY lost yet!! HORRAY!!! Erin and I are challenging each other to drink lots of water and to rest when we get tired. She got a nice little nap yesterday in the car. We are feeling good and eating well. We miss hearing about things at home so if something exciting happens drop us a short little 3 liner or whatever. Sign our guestbook too!!!! WE would LOVE to know who is looking at this!!!
I'm looking foreward to tonight and we will be seeing you on down the road!
P.S. Gas prices are right around 3.89 so not bad
