You probably do not remember me; but, I met you and your family at the Jana Jae Fiddle Camp in Grove OK quite a few years ago. I was the middle aged, deaf, wannabe fiddle player. Nonetheless, I now have bilateral cochlear implants; which allow me to hear. Although the implants allow me to hear, it is not "normal hearing" and my hearing nerves are still be "trained" to the digital stimulation. This has made it difficult for me to continue playing the fiddle and I decided to try an instrument "with frets." The mountain dulcimer was my choice. I had my first lesson today where I learned about your cancer diagnosis. When arrived home and after practicing what I learned for an hour, I went online and learned your story by reading your entire blog. I am wondering..........would the Roger's sisters like to have a "big sister" and will your parents adopt me (even though I am thier age)? hehehe

Thank you for sharing your story and your testiment of God's love........It has really "uplifted" me today.

Not ready to see 6"s of snow on the ground at my office this morning. It looks like December. My son wanted to go skiing. I agree.

I told the PBOMA leadership about you and some of them remembered the December meeting (senior moments). I wish you could perform at our Festival in July. The new venue in Vega looks to be a better setup than the old one.

We are listening to your music and just got on your web site to see what you two are doing.

Keep studying and enjoying each day.

Just the thought of the nurses at TWCC may make Erin throw-up so be ready Amber!

May God Bless you -- Thanks for sharing the great music. Beth Butler (chemo room)

So there you are....and here I are....again. Had
a great roadtrip with Walnut St Sis--Pittsburgh,
Cleveland, Ann Arbor--to visit kin and friends.
Life is good, though somewhat peculiar in our
circles, as you know. See you at Winfield!?
